There is no formal referral process required. The simplest approach is to have your client schedule an appointment directly.
Referral Process
1. Ask Your Client to Schedule
Ask your client to schedule online or contact us directly. No referral form or prior authorization is needed. We will take it from there and keep you informed.
2. Share RecordsÂ
Pre-appointment records are helpful but not required. Medical history, diagnostics, and imaging can be emailed in advance. This allows for a more efficient and productive first visit.
3. We Coordinate the Rest
If records are not sent ahead of time, we will work with the client to obtain them and keep you updated throughout the process.
